Creamy Italian Beef Linguine with Velveeta Cheese Sauce

Description
A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring tender Italian-seasoned beef and linguine, all smothered in a velvety Velveeta cheese sauce.
Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Reduce heat to low, add Velveeta cubes, milk, and beef broth to the skillet, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste.
