Description

A rich and comforting pasta dish featuring tender Italian-seasoned beef and linguine, all smothered in a velvety Velveeta cheese sauce.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Reduce heat to low, add Velveeta cubes, milk, and beef broth to the skillet, stirring until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
