For the Crust:

  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped pistachios, honey, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into mini phyllo shells and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
