- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well blended.
