For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush flatbread with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Bake for another 8-10 minutes until brie is melted and edges are golden.
- While baking, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until combined.
- Drizzle hot honey over the flatbread, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve warm.
