Description

Elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy glazed pecans.

For the Crust:

  • 15 mini phyllo cups
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup glazed pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a cube of brie into each phyllo cup.
  3. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until brie is melted and phyllo is golden.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with glazed pecans and fresh thyme.
  6. Drizzle with honey before serving warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
