Juicy, flavorful chicken meatballs with a crispy exterior, served with a zesty sriracha mayo dipping sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry meatballs in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make the dipping sauce.
  5. Serve meatballs hot with spicy sriracha mayo on the side.
