For the Crust:
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter, cut each tortilla into tree shapes.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush both sides of each tortilla tree with the mixture.
- Arrange trees in a single layer on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
