A festive and elegant flatbread featuring creamy brie, tangy feta, sweet cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a drizzle of cranberry-honey sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are crispy.
  4. While baking, mix honey and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with cranberry-honey mixture, and garnish with fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
