For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread edges are crispy.
- While baking, mix honey and cranberry sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with cranberry-honey mixture, and garnish with fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
