A sweet and savory flatbread featuring crispy crust, creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is crispy and brie is melted.
- While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and let infuse for 5 minutes.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
