For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with cranberries and walnuts. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted. Meanwhile, mix maple syrup and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with maple chili mixture, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve warm.
