Description

A sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, tart cranberries, crunchy walnuts, and a spicy-sweet maple chili drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with cranberries and walnuts. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted. Meanwhile, mix maple syrup and chili flakes in a small bowl.
  4. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with maple chili mixture, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
