For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, then top with pear slices. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
- While baking, warm cranberry sauce with honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with cranberry glaze, and garnish with fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
