A sweet and savory flatbread with creamy brie, juicy pear, crunchy pecans, and a tangy cranberry glaze, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread, then top with pear slices. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted.
  4. While baking, warm cranberry sauce with honey in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with cranberry glaze, and garnish with fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
