For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until softened.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Let cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey and chili flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes to infuse. Remove from heat.
- Tear burrata over the flatbread, top with roasted grapes, drizzle with chili honey, and garnish with fresh thyme. Serve immediately.
