A sophisticated appetizer featuring crispy flatbread topped with creamy burrata, sweet roasted grapes, and a spicy-sweet chili honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until softened.
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm honey and chili flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes to infuse. Remove from heat.
  4. Tear burrata over the flatbread, top with roasted grapes, drizzle with chili honey, and garnish with fresh thyme. Serve immediately.
