For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the flatbread with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Spread mascarpone evenly over the flatbread. Top with dried apricots and toasted pecans.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey and red pepper flakes over low heat until combined. Drizzle over the flatbread. Garnish with fresh thyme and salt.
