For the Crust:
- 1 cup green olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup ‘nduja sausage
- 1/2 cup smoked mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Stuff each olive with a small amount of ‘nduja and a cube of smoked mozzarella.
- Roll the stuffed olives in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the olives until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels before serving.
