For the Crust:
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
