Description

A delicious and crispy roasted cauliflower dish that’s so flavorful, it might just replace meat in your meals!

For the Crust:

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
