  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and almonds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for flavors to meld.
