For the Crust:

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Peel the cucumbers and slice them lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. Layer smoked salmon, feta cheese, and avocado slices on each cucumber strip.
  3. Roll up the cucumber strips tightly and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
