Description

Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these Deep-Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Wonton Bites are a crowd-pleasing dessert bursting with fruity sweetness and cheesecake decadence.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

2024 wonton wrappers

Water (for sealing edges)

Vegetable oil, for frying

Optional: powdered sugar, chocolate drizzle, or strawberry sauce for topping

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Gently fold in diced strawberries.

3. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.

4. Moisten the edges with water and fold into triangles, sealing tightly.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

6. Fry wontons in batches for 2–3 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.

7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

8. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate or sauce.

Notes

Use chopped frozen strawberries if fresh aren’t available—just thaw and drain first.

Seal wontons well to prevent filling leakage.

These are best served fresh but can be reheated in an air fryer or oven for a crispy bite.
