For the Crust:
- 1 burrata ball
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dip the burrata in flour, followed by beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet.
- Roast the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes. Blend into a jam-like texture.
