A stunning and delicious holiday appetizer featuring flaky puff pastry wrapped around creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, shaped into a festive tree.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz wheel of brie
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Flaky sea salt for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry into a large rectangle. Place brie in the center and top with cranberry sauce.
- Cut diagonal strips along both sides of the pastry, then fold strips over the brie in a crisscross pattern to form a tree shape.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg, sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
