Description

Elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy goat cheese and topped with a sweet-tart cranberry sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 15 mini phyllo cups
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spoon mixture evenly into phyllo cups.
  3. Top each cup with a small dollop of cranberry sauce, sprinkle with chopped pecans and fresh thyme. Serve immediately.
