For the Crust:
- 15 mini phyllo cups
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spoon mixture evenly into phyllo cups.
- Top each cup with a small dollop of cranberry sauce, sprinkle with chopped pecans and fresh thyme. Serve immediately.
