A festive and easy-to-make appetizer featuring creamy cheese shaped into adorable trees, coated with crunchy pistachios and tangy dried cranberries for a holiday treat.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pretzel sticks or rosemary sprigs for stems
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Using your hands, shape the cheese mixture into small cone shapes to resemble trees.
- Roll each cheese tree in the chopped pistachios and cranberries, pressing gently to adhere.
- Insert a pretzel stick or small rosemary sprig into the base of each tree to form the trunk.
- Arrange the cheese trees on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
