A fluffy, creamy feta mousse served with a vibrant roasted red pepper jelly for a delicious appetizer.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Blend feta cheese and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a pan, cook roasted red peppers, sugar, and vinegar until thickened.
  3. Serve feta cloud with roasted red pepper jelly drizzled on top.
