For the Crust:
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 sheets phyllo pastry
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a blender, combine feta cheese, heavy cream, honey, and milk. Blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a creamy consistency. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush each phyllo sheet with melted butter, stack them, and cut into shards. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Serve as a topping for the ice cream.
