Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cut the feta cheese into 8 equal squares.
  2. Coat each piece of feta in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each feta piece until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
