Delicious and flaky puff pastry pockets stuffed with a savory blend of feta cheese and spinach, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach and feta cheese together. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry square, fold over, and seal the edges. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
