Description

Elegant, no-bake dessert towers featuring layers of creamy filling, crunchy pecans, and sweet figs, all topped with a rich maple drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup dried figs, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Extra pecans and fig slices for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Layer cream mixture, chopped figs, and pecans in serving glasses, repeating layers.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with sea salt, and garnish with extra pecans and fig slices.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
