For the Crust:

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon rosewater
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Wash and gently slit the figs from the top, creating a cross about halfway down.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with rosewater until smooth.
  3. Fill each fig with the mascarpone mixture, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
