Where gourmet meets playground fun. Caramel-sweet baby carrots rolled in fizzy honey glaze topped with a fluffy goat cheese cloud.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes until tender.
  2. Whisk honey and baking soda in a bowl until fizzy. Immediately toss roasted carrots in the mixture.
  3. Whip goat cheese with heavy cream and lemon zest until fluffy. Dollop over carrots before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
