Description

A gourmet flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet pomegranate seeds, and a crunchy walnut topping, perfect for an appetizer or light meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
  6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
