For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
