For the Crust:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, amaretto liqueur, and honey until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped apricots and spoon the mixture into small cups or molds.
  3. Sprinkle toasted almonds over each cup and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
