For the Crust:
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup rosé wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the rosé wine and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
- Pour the mixture into serving dishes and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with fresh raspberries on top.
