A delightful frozen dessert combining the rich flavors of mascarpone and rosé with fresh raspberries.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup rosé wine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Gradually mix in the rosé wine and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve with fresh raspberries on top.
