For the Crust:
- 1 lb cod fillets, cut into strips
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season cod strips with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cod strips and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, then drizzle over the cooked cod strips.
- In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and cilantro to make the dipping sauce.
- Serve cod strips with the sweet chili lime sauce and lime wedges on the side.
