A spicy, creamy pasta dish featuring tender Cajun-spiced chicken and linguine tossed in a rich garlic and mozzarella sauce.

For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked linguine and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
