Description

A festive dessert combining spiced gingerbread with creamy cheesecake, topped with a delicate snowflake design.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups gingerbread cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzling)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix gingerbread crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, ginger, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with melted white chocolate in a snowflake pattern before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
