For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 medium zucchini, grated and drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
