For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly. Gradually add cold water until dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into small squares. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- While baking, heat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan until slightly thickened. Drizzle over baked bites.
- Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce and serve warm.
