For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a skull-shaped baking pan.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and blend well. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, then top with the remaining batter.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the caramel into the batter slightly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan and serving.
