A sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy melted Camembert, tart cherries, and a spicy honey drizzle, perfect for sharing.

For the Crust:
- 1 large flatbread or naan
- 1 wheel of Camembert cheese (about 8 oz)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries, halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Slice the top rind off the Camembert and place it in the center of the flatbread. Arrange cherries around the cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread is golden.
- While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in red pepper flakes until infused.
- Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Slice and serve warm.
