Description
Tender lamb chops seared to golden perfection and coated in a sweet, savory, and sticky honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 8 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season lamb chops generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, rosemary, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Return lamb chops to the skillet, turning to coat evenly in the glaze. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm through.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining glaze from the skillet.
Notes
