A simple yet elegant appetizer featuring crispy lavash topped with creamy ricotta, sweet grapes, and a fragrant thyme-infused honey.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large sheet lavash bread
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush lavash with olive oil, cut into triangles or squares, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. While lavash bakes, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in thyme leaves and let infuse for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Spread ricotta over baked lavash pieces, top with halved grapes, and drizzle with thyme honey. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
