For the Crust:
- 1 large sheet lavash bread
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush lavash with olive oil, cut into triangles or squares, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- While lavash bakes, warm honey in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in thyme leaves and let infuse for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Spread ricotta over baked lavash pieces, top with halved grapes, and drizzle with thyme honey. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
