For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 squares. Place pear slices and brie in the center of each square.
- Fold pastry over filling, pressing edges to seal. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed. Drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
