Description

Flaky puff pastry puffs filled with sweet pear, creamy brie, and a drizzle of honey for a delightful appetizer or snack.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4 squares. Place pear slices and brie in the center of each square.
  3. Fold pastry over filling, pressing edges to seal. Brush with beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed. Drizzle with honey and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
