- 4 slices of prosciutto

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the lavash flatbread on a baking sheet and arrange the pear slices evenly on top.
- Add the prosciutto slices and sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
