Description

A sophisticated and delicious pizza that combines sweet pears, salty prosciutto, and rich gorgonzola on a crispy lavash base.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large lavash flatbread
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the lavash flatbread on a baking sheet and arrange the pear slices evenly on top.
  3. Add the prosciutto slices and sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
