Description

A sweet and savory flatbread topped with roasted grapes, creamy goat cheese, fresh rosemary, and a drizzle of spicy hot honey for a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Toss halved grapes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over flatbread.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and chopped rosemary over the grapes.
  4. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey and balsamic glaze if using. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
