For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 2 medium zucchinis, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in sweet potato, zucchini, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
