A creamy and flavorful dip combining fresh garden herbs and a surprise burst of burrata cheese.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a blender, combine the grape tomatoes, basil leaves, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
- Slowly add the olive oil while blending until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving dish and pour the blended dip over the cheese. Serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers.
