Description

A creamy and flavorful dip combining fresh garden herbs and a surprise burst of burrata cheese.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a blender, combine the grape tomatoes, basil leaves, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil while blending until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the burrata cheese in the center of a serving dish and pour the blended dip over the cheese. Serve immediately with toasted bread or crackers.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
