For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry, then top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle with orange zest.
- Tightly roll the pastry from the long side into a log. Slice into 1/2-inch rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each pinwheel with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
