Festive flatbreads topped with a warm, creamy cheese ball spread and a sweet, crunchy pecan topping—perfect for holiday gatherings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package pre-made flatbreads
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. In a small bowl, toss chopped pecans with melted butter and honey. Sprinkle over the cheese spread.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
