For the Crust:
- 1 package pre-made flatbreads
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- In a small bowl, toss chopped pecans with melted butter and honey. Sprinkle over the cheese spread.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
