For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Remove from oven and top with feta, cranberries, and walnuts. Serve warm.
