A sweet and savory dish featuring baked pears topped with honey, feta, cranberries, and walnuts for a perfect balance of flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Arrange pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender. Remove from oven and top with feta, cranberries, and walnuts. Serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
