For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
