Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish with tender chicken and a garlic parmesan sauce that’s irresistible.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
